Refund policy
Please check your order immediately upon delivery and notify us at hello@beliciouskids.com.au if there are any issues within 48 hours.
All faulty and/or damaged stock will be replaced or refunded. We may request images of damaged goods.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns for change of mind due hygiene reasons.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return request and inspected either the photos or physical items. Belicious Kids will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
